To complete our team in Mekong Delta, we are in need of a Senior Aquaculture Consultant, who will be in charge of
      ► Taking lead in the development of a sustainable aquaculture value chain from a small-scale farmer group to the European market. Through this system fish farmers group need first to be organized and trained to meet both the GlobalGAP and ASC standards requirements in order to later receive certification
      ► Being part of the standard implementation training team and providing direct support to farmers on farm site
      ► Assisting in the development of training materials for farmers and give training workshops.

      ► A BSc. or Msc in Aquaculture, or agriculture with knowledge of farming standard implementation standard in aquaculture.
      ► Must have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in aquaculture and standard implementation or certification.
      ► Fluent English and Vietnamese oral and written communication skills
      ► Able to work under high pressure
      ► Professional, passionate for excellence and result-driven
      ► A team player with outstanding coordination and social skills
      ► Have good computer skills
